Training centre
These training services are aimed to provide an affordable opportunity for residents of Khayelitsha and other townships to increase their computer literacy and other computer skills and thereby increase their chances of finding employment.

• Basic computer skills
• Typing skills
• Literacy with the operating system Windows XP, MS Office applications,
• Internet and email usage.

The classes are offered at a monthly rate of R450 in addition to an initial R200 registration fee. The courses run for two hours per day and are typically offered in three or six month packages

Further opportunities for learners (free of charge)
Silulo has developed partnerships with various tertiary education institutions (such as CPUT and Tsiba) and large corporations (such as Teletech, a call center) in order to provide job and study opportunities for customers that are graduating from their training centres..

There is an intention to extend theses courses to in the future to include more technical and network orientated courses such as A+ and N+.
