• SILULO ACADEMY

    Silulo Ulutho provides Isett SETA accredited computer training in 9 of its branches in the Western Cape as well as the Eastern Cape. We currently have 1100 students registered for Jan-June 2012. Silulo Ulutho takes pride in training basic computer skills to the computer illiterate masses of Khayelitsha communities and beyond. We have successfully trained over 10 000 students from when training was started and we are continuing even in greater outskirts like Paarl, Strand and Du Noon. Most recently we opened a training centre in Queenstown which has had a great response within a month of opening their doors.

      Silulo Ulutho Technologies is a one stop shop IT company that provides computer access, computer hardware and software sales in communities in the Western Cape and Eastern Cape. Since starting out as a small company Silulo has grown in leaps and bounds both in terms of revenue and the numerous branches as well the work force size. Currently Silulo has 14 internet cafes around the Western Cape and one in the Eastern Cape (Queenstown) and will probably open five more before the end of this year.

    Silulo has recently formed a partnership with Vodacom to form a solely new company called Silulo Communications. This is a mobile company and its focus it to bridge technology divides amongst the under privileged communities of Khayelitsha and beyond.

  • Kasilife Magazine Launch
    The 7th November 2011 marked the official start of an era as the new Kasi Life Magazine was launched in the upmarket Lookout Hill. This magazine was once called Litsha, but because most people felt that its only related to the people in Khayelitsha, the owners, Tsepo Raziya, Lonwabo & Luvuyo Rani of Silulo Ulutho technologies decided to re-launch it as Kasi Life which is more diverse and will be available throughout the province.
